Returns
In-store return policy
14-day return policy, this means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item was purchased in store. Please present your receipt upon return item.
On-line return policy
14-day return policy, this means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item was purchased online.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be;
- in the same condition you received it. This means unworn or unused, with tags/original packaging.
- A receipt of purchase is also required.
- Process the return within the time outlined above.
To start a return simply email driftyfields@gmail.com and we will start the process.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We are happy to issue an Exchange.
Instore exchange policy
14-day exchange policy, this means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if the item was purchased in store. Please present your receipt upon return item and we will happily exchange the item for what you require. To start an exchange from a purchase made instore, simply pop back into store and one of our happy staff members will process it for you.
Online exchange policy

Please present your receipt upon return item and we will happily exchange the item for what you require. To start an exchange from a purchase made online, simply email driftyfields@gmail.com and we will start the process.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect your goods and if they are in the same condition outlined above, we will approve your request and confirmation of this will be sent via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
To start a return, please do the following:
- Email driftyfields@gmail.com within the specified time outlined above and quote your order number.
- Please post your return using AusPost and keep the tracking number encase we don’t receive it. (All parcels are your responsibility until they reach our store.)
- When you post your items back, please put a note in bag stating your name and your order number so processing can be done correctly.
- We will contact you once your return has been inspected and processed
